Our bolt coating service uses KG Industries’ 2400 Series Gun Kote, a high-performance firearm finish currently in service with U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and used to protect 500 lb. aerial bombs in military applications. This is the same rugged, corrosion-resistant coating used in extreme heat, pressure, and combat environments—applied with care to your precision rifle components.

What You Get:

  • Professional Surface Prep: Your bolt is degreased, media blasted, and prepped to ensure maximum adhesion and performance.

  • Precision Coating Application: We apply a uniform, ultra-thin layer of KG 2400 Gun Kote (0.0004"–0.0008") via professional spray equipment to preserve fit and function.

  • Controlled Oven Curing: Bolts are cured at 325°F for 1 hour to achieve full hardness and chemical resistance.
